Yunita Kibor, the 4th spouse of prominent Uasin Gishu farmer Jackson Kibor, has eulogised the late president that is former Moi as being a strict time-keeper and a frontrunner whom invested greatly when you look at the training of Kenyan young ones during their 24-year reign.
